The third in the series. I love the orange color in this shot. I think it is from a traffic light just before it turned red. I am also quite fond of the reflection in the bottom half of the shot. It makes the colored balls look as though they are sitting on top of a shiny pond or something.

I’ve been told that my work would be better if it were more conceptual. I’m not sure if I really agree. I mean, sure, it would probably add another layer of meaning for me and whoever understood my conceptual reasons and stuff, but I don’t know if that’s why I’m taking photos in the first place. I think I like to take photos merely for the purpose of creating something that I think is beautiful in some way, and I think that creating something for the sake of art is meaningful enough.
