Final in the series. This is mostly the same as yesterday’s shot. I probably could’ve worked on making the colors match yesterday’s photograph a little better, but I don’t want to go too much darker or the shadows will go too dark. Once again, the white chair was difficult.
I went to the Rock Bend Fold Festival today to check it out. It was actually really cool. There were a ton of people there and some good music. Honeyboy Edwards was on the main stage while I was there and he was really good. He’s 90 years old and does blues.
I took both my Holga and my Canon, but I’m not sure if I got anything all that good. We’ll see how the Holga turns out. It was my first time using the thing, so I accidentally skipped the first frame because I didn’t know what I was doing. It’s pretty fun and exciting too. Although, I am picturing the sweet shots that I am hoping it took and when I develop the film it’ll all probably be weird and just crap knowing my luck with these types of things. I think I’ll try and hit the festival tomorrow and see what I can get… Trampled by Turtles from Duluth, MN is going to be playing twice tomorrow and I hear that they are supposed to be good.
