The same button and one of the bottle caps from yesterday’s photograph on my kitchen table. I think I prefer this one because it is darker.

I like how the sepia tone makes your eyes focus on the details in the picture. I also think it adds depth to the composition, in the sense that the antique-ish quality makes me wonder if there is a story behind the button and how it fell off a certain piece of clothing that belonged to a particular person who… well, you get the idea. :)
