There were a bunch of kids playing at the Swede park playground and these two were just sitting on the swings, talking. These kids are so young, yet they seem so tired and somber in this photo like old people watching the kids and remembering their own childhoods. Unfortunately, I don’t have any more shots from my Holga to post. Hopefully I will be able to take another roll soon.

The sold out Mates of State concert at the Triple Rock Social Club last night was quite good and fun. They played well and the crowd seemed to enjoy it. The room at the venue is divided into two levels: a lower, pit-like level and a higher stage-level area behind. It was crazy because sometime during the show the lower level developed a bunch of water on the floor. People started to come up to the higher level so they wouldn’t get all wet and stuff. Then, just before they played “Ha ha,” the guy announced that the water was from the bathroom and everyone was standing in pee. What was amazing was that nobody down there seemed to care and they just kept dancing and having fun. Then a few songs later he announced that it was from the bathroom but was just fresh water.
