Johnny F!
October 7, 2005This is my friend, John Foderick, but he usually goes by Johnny F!
He’s quite the character and he even started his own production company thing where he does lights and sound and other show-related things for shows. If you want to hire him or just get in touch with him, let me know and I’ll work something out.
One thing that I know about Johnny F is that he is good at adventures. One time, about two years ago around the time that this photo was taken, we walked around the Twin Cities together all night and we had so many great adventures. One adventure from that night happened in the evening while we were enjoying coffee on the outdoor balcony of the Pagoda coffee house in Uptown. Because the balcony was right above the entrance, we invented a game where I would get one point for each person who went to the right after exiting, John would get one point for each person who went to the left after exiting, and this dude named Eric that we met while we were coming up with the rules would get one point for each person who went straight and crossed the road right after exiting.
Well, after about twenty minutes, me and John were neck in neck while Eric was trailing by a whole lot. Then, this young woman who was followed by about four guys walked out and went to the left, which was a bummer because John just got five more points on me. Then, one of the guys leaned up against a tree like he was about to be searched by a police officer. The young woman approached him from behind with a belt in her hand and began to whip him as hard as she could. Everybody on the balcony started to cheer and the four guys took turns being whipped by this young woman.
After about fifteen minutes of this, a coffee house worker came by the balcony and asked us to not encourage them. Then, the owner of the coffee house came out and broke up the scene.
