This is one of my favorite images from the other night. It’s another HDR photo, but this time there are two very bright light sources in the shot. I’d like to point out that there is a remarkable amount of detail in parts that would normally have been completely washed out.
And for the doors, I’m really not sure what is on the other side of them. I don’t even remember where I was when I took this other than some alley in St. Peter.

u have good pics but then, wherez the technical junk of this photo?

prasoon: thanks for the comment. I’m glad you like the photo.
The technical junk isn’t there because it was made from an HDR image. An HDR image is created by taking multiple exposures of the same scene and then merging them together into a 32-bit-per-pixel image which gives you a high dynamic range and allows you to have lots of detail in bright spots and shadowy spots.
So, in short, the technical junk isn’t there because the image was created by combining a number of different photos.
