Four and a half crowns

I took a break from posting yesterday–I just got to be too busy. I think it’s a holiday season thing. Sorry about that.
Regardless, I am back in action today with another shot of some cabinets from the Music building at Gustavus. This photo features the Three Crowns which is both the national emblem of Sweden and part of the Gustavus logo.

Some history in each bang, bash and scratch on those cabinets. Excellent tight framing to show the detail.

As I was shooting these cabinets, one of the music faculty walked by and asked what I was photographing. I responded with, “I really like these cabinets.” He said, “Good, at least someone does.” They are definitely starting to show their use.
Thanks for the comment Rob. It’s good to see you back.
