Two Lit Candles

These two candles are near the main entrance at Christ Chapel. I’m not sure if they represent anything in particular, but I definitely get the feeling that they do.
My birthday yesterday went quite well. I took the day off of work so it was quite relaxing. I ran a roll of film through my Holga and developed it but all except for one of the shots were dreadfully underexposed. I guess that’s just one of the hazards that come when using such an experimental camera. Then, after dinner and a couple of strawberry daiquiris, Sam and I went up to the college to take in some racquetball. Man, if you ever thought that you would be on the top of your game after having a drink, think again. The dynamics entirely change and your body just gets lazy. While it wasn’t a whole lot of a workout, it was still quite a fun time.

That are some beautiful colors in that image. I also like the structure of the painting in the background. Great shot!
