Empty beer bottles

Some empty beer bottles sitting in one of my cupboards waiting to be filled with my next batch: dark cherry stout. It has about another week to go before bottling. I’ve never made this kind before and never tasted a cherry stout, so I’m a little excited and a little wary. I think that, all in all, it will turn out quite well.
Dusty’s wedding
The wedding that I was in this weekend went really well and everybody seemed to have a good time. I had brought my camera, but unfortunately I left it in a room that ended up being locked so I didn’t get any shots at the reception. Oh, well…
I did, however, get to meet Jack Prescott, the busiest bankruptcy lawyer. He always has had these commercials on where he says “This is all I do and I do it well.” It was great to shake his hand. I guess that he has handled over 65,000 bankruptcies. Yikes.
Greased Lightbox
I have been working on the next version of Greased Lightbox and it’s almost ready. It will have a new Italian translation and a few other fixes and things, so keep your eyes peeled for that. In the meantime, spread the word. And, as always, if you find a bug, want a feature, can offer a new translation, or want to test new versions before they are available, please let me know.

Not to be a snob or anything, but you gotta get those old labels off man! I once made a blackberry stout. One of my friends thought it was very good - I didnt’ really care for it. Good luck with the brew.

Thanks for the comment, Earl. You are so right about the labels too. I have quite a few that I have taken the labels off of (I think enough to bottle a whole batch) but I do have quite a few with the labels still on. I usually remove labels on bottling day.
