I just finished up Greased Lightbox v0.13.
While this is not really a huge update, there are a couple of cool new things.
First, images that are larger than your window will automatically be resized to the window size because it makes life happier and hopefully this will save you a little bit of time. If you want to see the image at its original size, press the ’0′ key. I have been meaning to add this for a while but haven’t gotten around to it until now. I’d like to hear what you think of this.
Also, due to request, I added support for images hosted with the image hosting site, Image Socket. I hope you will enjoy that.
Additionally, I added a new Czech translation sent in by Hejda. If you know another language that is not covered yet (or just partially covered), please check out the code toward the bottom of the script and send me your translation.
Finally, just a side note, my stats tell me that Greased Lightbox has been downloaded over 21,500 times. I’m really glad that people seem to be enjoying it. If you like it, please spread the word by blogging about it or passing a link onto a friend or two.

( as a side note: is there a reason the first picture always appears in the lower right corner of the browser? )

Harry, I am not able to reproduce the error you are encountering with the picture appearing in the lower right corner of the browser. Please post the following information: browser, browser version, and the website where you are experiencing the problem. Hopefully we will be able to figure out what is going on.

oops sorry I haven’t responded. Don’t remember things that arent a huge deal.
anyway, It happens mostly at http://www.4chan.org/
under any section.
Firefox 1.5.0.4, greasemonkey 0.6.4 only other scripts are ‘Google redux’ and ‘mirrored by duggmirror’.
I don’t think it’s any of my extensions, but if you can’t fix it it’s not a big problem. After all, I only have to scroll.

oo another thing, it’s usually just the first picture that starts up greased lightbox. If you press the next or last arrow it’s again in the center.

the “fit image to window” function is fantastic, thanks again for greased-lightbox!
I also have the problem with (only) the first picture being non-centered.
