Anne and Joe’s wedding yesterday was a lot of fun and the singing went off without a hitch. I got to see some friends that I haven’t seen in over a year. Friends are awesome.
I’m looking forward to the Sufjan show tomorrow.

These are some really good quality pictures for being a concert! Nice.

Thanks Beth, I’m glad you think so. Concert photos are probably some of the most difficult to take because of the crazy crowds, the constantly changing lighting, and the animated musicians.

how was the Sufjan show? drummer James McAlister is a friend of mine. i caught them several months ago. it was short, but sweet. I tried to talk to Sufjan after the show. he was kinda…anti-social. but i still love the music.

No way, that’s pretty cool that you and James are friends.
The Sufjan show was really great. The opener, My Brightest Diamond, was a really good show. Shara Worden has a very nice voice and a captivating style.
Sufjan Stevens and his band all came out wearing big wings and bird masks… it was cool. And they played wonderfully. I’ll post some photos of it soon, so stay tuned.
