Jason is one of two members of the awesome happy band called Mates of State. He plays drums and sings and his wife, Kori Gardner, plays keyboard and sings. It’s the best.

Their show at First Avenue was really cool because Jason is from Minnesota and Kori told the audience that it was his lifelong dream to play there. It’s always cool to witness people realizing their dreams.
