Just before the election this year, Al Franken (former Saturday Night Live star and a political author/radio host) came to Gustavus campaigning for Tim Walz, Amy Klobuchar, and Terry Morrow. They all won. Franken was funny, well-spoken, and captivating. I gave him a high five on his way up to the stage. He seemed like a nice guy.

Wooo!! Al Franken came to our campus too a couple months ago, but he was talking about rural America and local businesses and stuff. Great shot!
