Ruth Johnson was the state representative for Minnesota’s district 23a, soon to be replaced by Terry Morrow. I had never met her before or seen her speek, but when she was here with Al Franken and Tim Walz rallying for the election, she had quite a memorable personality. She was excited and energized. I tried to capture some of that energy and unique personality in today’s shot. I hope you like it.
