Scratched Bricks by Joe Lencioni

Andrew and I went out for some night shots last weekend.

It was pretty exciting for me because it was the first time I used film for night shots. That’s right, I busted out the old Holga and loaded it up with some 35mm film using my new adapter. All in all, I’m pretty happy with the results.

Film is fun. I’m so used to digital that I forget how exciting it can be to not really know what you are going to end up with… Especially when it comes to night shots.

Unfortunately, the moon wasn’t going to rise until it was entirely too late, so we focused on more urban night shots. We hit up the booming city of Kasota, Minnesota and its neighbor, Cleveland, Minnesota.
