Just like November is beard month, October is breast cancer awareness month. To help raise breast cancer awareness, I have decided to take part in an international movement that is causing websites across the globe to go pink for the month of October. Here’s the deal:
Web sites will Go Pink during the month of October to bring attention to Breast Cancer Awareness Month, get people talking about breast cancer, and raise money for research.
Thanks to Matthew Oliphant, this is actually the second year that websites will be going pink for October and will hopefully be a big and successful year for the cause. If you have a website, I encourage you to do the same thing and actually make a difference for once.

So how does making your site pink make a difference for breast cancer? What are your hopes?

@Robbie G: My intention with this is simply to educate. I hope that people will take the time to learn a little bit about breast cancer. Many good things may come out of education.
