Orange, pear, apple

Fruit is both good and good for you. That doesn’t seem to happen very often.
I’ve lately realized the importance of raw fruits and vegetables in my diet. While I don’t think I’m going to go on a completely raw food diet, I have been making a good effort to increase my intake of them. For fruit, I’ve mostly been eating bananas and oranges, but I also add an occasional pear or mango.
I’ve mostly focused on replacing my usual breakfast cereal with fresh fruit and then adding a piece of fruit or two to my meals in addition to having a salad for lunch at work. So far it has been pretty good and I’ve even tried a couple of things that I’ve never had before, like okra. The way I see it, it’s important to try new things (especially foods) because you could go through your whole life without realizing that you absolutely love something. And why would you want to do that to yourself?

When/What did you get for lighting equipment? These last two photos (aside from the surprise of them coming so quickly) look like you have some new photography tools to have fun with.

@Andrew: I actually just got them last week, so I’m just now playing around with them and learning how to use them. It is a lot of fun. Much as I try, I can’t seem to eat very much fruit, but I do have lots of orange juice…hopefully that counts. Like the photos joe ; ) Might be contacting you about the (mt) hosting again too…

OJ is good for you, but it’s usually missing all of the fiber, which is good for your heart and digestion. They do make a kind with added fiber though, so you might want to check that one out.
