Some pretty exciting news from 9rules, the social content network that Shifting Pixel is a member of. Not only are they re-launching with a revised concept (on April 30, getting back to their roots), they are opening up submissions for the first time since October 25, 2006.

If you have a blog and think you’d like to join the group, make sure to submit in time. Submissions are only open for 24 hours, so be sure to mark your calendars. I’m looking forward to a new crop of quality blogs and members to hang out with.
