This is a fine example of the always-excellent coffee served every day at the River Rock Coffee here in Saint Peter. The River Rock is, hands down, the best coffee shop in town—best coffee, best food, best atmosphere, and best service. And, they asked me to do a few photos for them to use in ads and possibly on their future website. So I’ll have a few of these coffee-themed photos to post for a while.
I’m happy so far with how these photos have turned out, and I’m going back tonight to get some more in different light.
Colemak
Although it officially skyrockets my nerd status, I am switching (cold turkey) to a new keyboard layout called Colemak. It’s going to be so awesome in a couple of weeks when I get back up to speed. But until then everything is super slow going… It’s like learning how to speak again.
Catrike
If you have been following my twittering lately, you already know that I ordered a Catrike Expedition yesterday from Calhoun Cycle. I don’t have an arrival date yet, but I’m hoping that it will be here within the next month or so… I can’t wait!

once again, i like the pic, a lot. it makes me very thirsty. but i can’t, i have to sleep.
side note… the sky looked pretty tonight on my walk back from campus, so i was going to call you and tell you to take a picture of it for me, but then i got distracted.

i really enjoy the mixture of green-yellow in the background and the baby-blue on the cup in that shot.
