Bicycling: a quiet protest against oil wars by Joe Lencioni

A photo from when I was in Montreal this summer. It was a really great place with lots to do and see. It was during the Just for Laughs comedy festival, so there was a ton of people everywhere. Many of them were riding their bikes instead of driving. Montreal has great bike lanes all over the place to encourage biking.

I think that Montreal would be a great place to live. Unfortunately, I don’t speak any French…. But it would be fun to move to Montreal for a couple of years and learn French while living in the city. However, I’m not much of a big city kind of guy, so I might end up getting sick of it fairly quickly.
