Coriander seeds by Joe Lencioni

I guess I’m on a macro seed kick now. These are some coriander seeds from my spice rack. I think it’s really cool to see these things so closely… they look like little acorns.

Sam and I are going to Winterfest tonight at the Landmark Center in St. Paul. It’s an annual beer festival where attendees get to sample some of the finest winter/strong beers from around Minnesota while enjoying some local jazz music. It should be a blast.
